I've had this sentence stuck in my head for a few months now, it was always there, at least in the back of my head and I guess this month challenged me in many different ways but I learned to escape the enemy.

I wake up everyday at 6 am, go to school, come back at around 3, do my homework, eat, take a shower and go to sleep. I get up the next morning and do exactly the same thing. Weekends are different though. Saturday's are for sleeping, cleaning and meeting people. Sundays, in return, are mainly for school and blog work.

But I just happened to feel trapped in this world that I call my life.

For years now I always believed that routine is the key to success and a more balanced and structured life. I did everything to find my own routine and felt bad once I woke up half an hour to late, and still sometimes do. But I am working on it.

This month I stayed in 5 different countries which for me personally is a lot. I went to Amsterdam at the beginning of the month, came home to unpack and pack the next suitcase and went straight to my aunt and uncle's house for a week, spent a day in Bonn and Cologne with school and traveled to Switzerland for another 3 days to participate in an art course. I must admit I wasn't keen on it in the first place because I get anxious and stressed very easily, but at the end of the day I couldn't be happier.

I guess that's what I've been thinking about lately, how to break the circle, meet new people, have fun and discover new places. How to feel alive again.

I am still gonna need a few days for myself now because I am definitely the type of person that needs time to calm down but I am proud of myself and already looking forward to my next adventure in about 3 weeks.

I guess I am just now learning the importance of change. I hope you do, too.
