I'm currently drowning in deadlines and I don't really have time for myself. I'm stressed 24/7 and I am just so tired all the time. I know, I know I am student and I should probably be happy that I still have the opportunity to study. But well you know being a student, in my case an art student, is never easy. And according to this I want to share my 12 tips to come down after a long day with you.

  • listen to your favourite tunes
  • breathe deep & slow
  • doodle or draw
  • head outside
  • take a bath
  • treat yourself with kindness
  • write your thoughts down
  • ask for a hug
  • go to bed earlier
  • focus on what you can control
  • look outside the window
  • take each day at a time
